Polycom CX5100 FULL HD videoconferencing system

The Polycom CX5100 is a combination of a phone and a 360-degree, panoramic 1080p HD video camera that provides a table-top view with the superior sound of Polycom HD Voice. The Polycom CX5100 can be used with the Polycom CX8000 system, as well as with computers via USB. The new Polycom® CX5500 and CX5100 unified conference stations in the Polycom CX Series give people the immersive experience of sitting at a conference table, whether they're in the same room or across offices. At the Microsoft 2013 Worldwide Partner Conference, Polycom also announced that it has received Lync 2013 certification for all of its Polycom® VVX® Business Media series phones.

The Polycom® CX5500 delivers enterprise-class video and collaboration capabilities in a system that plugs into a laptop's USB port while also functioning as a SIP conference phone with high-quality audio. It's also convenient to use. The CX5100 offers the same widescreen HD video for users who don't need a standalone conference phone.

The Lync-optimized CX5500 and CX5100 are the successors to the Polycom® CX5000HD unified conference station. Like their predecessors, they offer a 360-degree panoramic view and deliver twice the quality of HD video, twice the frame rate for natural motion, and Polycom HD Voice technology for high-quality audio. They feature a new interface, design, and privacy overlay.
