GARDENA Water Controller with Bluetooth® App

The GARDENA Bluetooth® Watering Controller enables you to conveniently configure your garden's automatic irrigation system using your smartphone or tablet. The waterproof device with its simple, elegant design is mounted directly on your outdoor water tap. Thanks to Bluetooth® technology, the watering controller can be controlled from a distance of up to 10 metres, for example from a garden lounger. Your iOS or Android tablet or smartphone acts as a practical remote control. Once installed, the GARDENA Bluetooth® App will guide you step by step to connect your smartphone to the watering controller. The electronic planning assistant will then suggest the ideal watering cycles for your plants.

You can also set up to 3 individual schedules to suit your needs. Each schedule has different start times and durations and can be repeated on different days of the week. You can set a rain break to avoid unnecessary watering of your garden during rainy weeks. This is good for your plants and saves you water. You can also connect a GARDENA soil moisture sensor, sold separately, to the system. This allows the irrigation system to automatically check the soil moisture and only start when needed, saving water.

Three LEDs on the control panel show the current status of the Bluetooth® connection, watering and the charge level of the 9V alkaline battery used. The battery should last the controller for one year. If you want to water your plants outside the programmed cycle, you can start and stop watering manually at any time by pressing the button on the device. With the GARDENA Safe Stop function, you always have automatic watering under control. If the battery runs out, the device will not start another automatic watering cycle. This way you can be sure that your garden is protected from flooding.
